The territory of the "New School" can be divided into two fundamentally different parts – two courtyards. Together they form a complex space. The first courtyard is the front one, facing the city. The second is internal, private. Paved areas appear in the front courtyard, designed to accommodate temporary or permanent sculptures. The New School will be associated with these objects – they will become its new informal facade. The front yard is rarefied and spacious, it smoothly flows into the courtyard. The inner courtyard is super-dense and saturated with a variety of objects and functions. There are educational and development zones. The difference in elevation in this part of the territory makes it possible to design it as a habitable landscape that looks like a patchwork quilt.
