The creation of new suburban settlements with its own unique ideology, the correct scale and quality of the environment, gives a second life to the rural way of life and a specific way of life. Therefore, the appearance of the village on the site of the lost Lomovskie farmsteads is both a memorial, an ethno-museum and a symbol of the revival of the Russian hinterland in its new capacity.

The central part of the park area between the old and new farms is united by four roads. Each road has its own function and has a special surface, which allows visitors to the park to navigate in the park. Here, fruit trees are decorated with pruning into regular landscape design elements that coexist with landscape improvement.

On the hill there is a hall, a buffet, museum premises and a conference room. On the first floor of the northern block there is a kitchen, a block of bathrooms, a vip meeting room and offices for the park administration. On the first floor of the southern block, there is a children's studio and ancillary rooms of the museum. Hotel rooms are located on the second floors of both blocks. The total area of ​​the visit center is 2000 m², the number of rooms is 223.

The principal design decision is to raise the buildings above the ground, which will give the environment a new quality. Thanks to this, the buildings do not have basement floors (the construction of which sometimes reaches 30% of the budget). Space is organized under the houses suitable for storing goods, bicycles, snowmobiles or sledges. In addition, the volume of the building raised above the ground decreases visual contact between passers-by and residents.
