The Two-storey villa is located in the suburbs of Tbilisi on a plot with a steep slope (large difference in terrain) and peculiar topography (strongly pronounced relief). The building is oriented to the north to the main viewpoints. Due to the fact that the basement level is partially buried in the ground, from the side of the access road, the villa looks one-storeyed. The basement has a cabinet, a guest bedroom, dressing rooms, a depository with a collection of paintings, technical and service rooms.
On the ground floor there are the main living areas of the house: living room with a terrace, kitchen, master bedroom block, swimming pool and spa.
Due to the fact that the plot is surrounded by neighbors on three sides (by neighbors), the villa is designed to form an enclosed courtyard.
The walls of the lower level are covered with modules for vertical greenery. The outer walls of the first floor are clad with panels of profiled local limestone. The inner courtyard facades of the first floor are made of timber (wooden).
